Pro Sauna Long Sleeve Shirt™

The Pro Sauna Long Sleeve Shirt™ takes our best-selling Pro Sauna Shirt™ and adds full-length sleeves. Its 3-layer KFIT® fabric is built to slow down how fast your body heat escapes, so more warmth stays against your chest, back and arms while you train.

It looks and feels like a normal long-sleeve performance shirt on the outside, with a smooth heat-retaining lining inside. Light and flexible, so you can lift, run, stretch and move without the stiff plastic feel of old-school sauna gear.

• More coverage, more heat:
Full-length sleeves keep warmth around your arms as well as your chest and back.
• Built to make you sweat:
The heat-retaining inner layer holds warmth in. Your body sweats to cool itself, so most people find they sweat more in it than in a regular training top.
• 3-layer KFIT® fabric:
Made to hold in body heat while staying light, smooth and comfortable on the skin.
• Feels like real sportswear:
No bulky shape, loud material or stiff sauna-suit texture.
• Moves with you:
Flexible construction for high-movement training, from the gym to the trail.
• Athletic performance fit:
True to size. Order your usual size.

Note: This shirt is designed to retain body heat and support perspiration during exercise. It is not a weight loss product. Any change on the scale after a sweaty session is temporary water loss and comes back once you rehydrate. Regular exercise and balanced nutrition are what drive long-term results.
