If it's tight but not too small and it makes you sweat a lot ... Even though I can't show my body with me wearing it because I wore it underneath my garments but you can see how my light pink shirt turned to dark pink really fast

The material is comfortable, light almost like a windbreaker jacket. It makes you sweat. I love the fact that when you take it off my undershirt(sleeveless) is soaked. I drink plenty of water while I have it on. I use it a half hour at a time. So far it exceeds my expectations. Love all my products and this one is another winner 🏆
