On the website they suggest going up two sizes. I would go up a size or two from what is recommended on the size chart. As others have mentioned, it is very tight on the shoulders. For me, the thigh area was a tad tight. Though I typically wear a L/XL, the site suggests a 3X, and I think a 4X would be better in the shoulder area. I am 5'4 and 190lbs.

This thing smelled so freaking bad when it arrived, and plus it suns super small, I had to wash it by itself to the nasty smell out. It was shipped pretty quick but idk if I’ll ever buy from here again
