How to Wash Your Polymer Sauna Vest, Leggings, and More

We hope by now you've hear of our top-of-the-line saunawear collection made with high-quality, heat-trapping polymer? Well, if you haven't already, check it out here!

Included in our collection are a variety of tops (for men and women), bottoms, and even arm trimmers! Now that you've got bought your new sweatwear and are ready to use it, we want to make sure that you know how to properly care for it after each use.

Lucky for you, if you've purchased multiple different types of polymer saunawear, the instructions for washing and care are the same for each - and they're easy!

Each item in our collection contains an outer layer made of a blend of Polyester and Spandex, which coats an inner layer of 100% Polyurethane (a really fancy sounding name for what we refer to as polymer). These materials not only provide stunning compression and effective heat trapping, but are also completely machine washable! However, you should wash them on a cold, gentle cycle to maintain good condition.

After washing, drying is a breeze given the quick-drying properties of the fabrics. That being said, be sure to hang dry in the shade, and avoid tumble drying your sweatwear.

Other notes:
- We recommend washing after every wear as they will likely collect residual sweat
- Do not iron or bleach to avoid damage

Now that you know how to care for your saunawear, good luck - and go get sweaty!
